At Body English, we help kids and teens develop the strength, speed, and confidence they need to succeed, on and off the field. Our youth strength &conditioning program is designed for athletes ages 8–15, with structured progressions that build athletic performance safely and effectively.
Today’s athletes face longer seasons, higher competition, and year round performance. Proper movement education and cross training are hard to achieve without dedicated coaches and professionals.

We group classes by age and coach every individual student so each participant is challenged at the right level.

Ages 13–15: Performance Preparation
Youth strength & conditioning classes are offered weekly at Body English inPetaluma. Groups are capped to ensure every athlete receives quality coachingand attention.

Body English offers professional youth strength & conditioning classes inPetaluma for athletes ages 8–15. Our program helps kids and teens buildstrength, speed, agility, balance, and confidence while reducing the risk ofsports injuries. Ideal for student-athletes preparing for high school sportsor active kids who want structured training from professional coaches.
